ABOUT AVANI
Avani Ayurveda Private Limited, established in 2020 in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is a certified company dedicated to providing superior quality and fresh products to our customers. We source directly from Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), ensuring that everything we deliver is organic, authentic, and farm-fresh.
Today, Avani operates one of the largest millet processing plants in India — and possibly in all of Asia. With a current processing capacity of 50 tons of millets per day, scalable up to 250 tons per day as per demand, we are a trusted partner for large-scale and sustainable millet supply.
We proudly collaborate with thousands of farmers, tribal food producers, and the Chhattisgarh state government through long-term agreements, enabling us to supply a wide variety of millets and millet-based products to food companies and importers worldwide.
At Avani, we believe in going beyond just grains. Our focus is on developing a wide range of value-added millet products that not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also contribute to building a sustainable and healthier environment for future generations.

At Avani Ayurveda, we take pride in operating one of the largest millet processing plants in India. With a processing capacity of 50 tons of millets per day, scalable up to 250 tons per day based on customer demand, we ensure consistent, large-scale supply without compromising on quality.
We work in close collaboration with thousands of farmers, tribal food producers, and the Chhattisgarh state government through long-term supply agreements. This strong network enables us to deliver a wide range of millets and millet-based products to food companies, institutional buyers, and importers worldwide.
As demand for millets continues to grow globally, we are expanding beyond grain supply by developing value-added millet-based products that fit seamlessly into daily diets. From traditional staples to modern innovations, our aim is to make millets a natural part of everyday living and deliver these products across the globe.

Our Managing Director is a B.Tech graduate with experience in both consumer and industrial business. He believes in building a brand with strong values and is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, guilt-free eating, and caring for the environment.
Through his vision, Avani Ayurveda focuses on Ayurveda, sustainability, and ethical business practices, ensuring growth that benefits both people and the planet.
YATEENDRA SAHU
Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO is a B.Tech graduate from IIT Kanpur and holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked with leading organizations like HCL, Tata Steel, IIM Raipur, and CGMFP Federation.
At Avani Ayurveda, he provides strategic leadership, guiding the company’s vision and mission into action. He focuses on building long-term goals, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring that every strategy is effectively implemented.
UZMA FARHEEN
Senior Manager – Food Technologist (R&D)
Our Senior Manager is a B.Sc. graduate in Biotechnology and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Processing. She has extensive experience in developing millet-based value-added products and also has hands-on expertise with industrial food processing machines.
Her knowledge and skills play a key role in driving research, innovation, and product development at Avani Ayurveda.
